Introduction

The Music media directory enables you to find and play your own music files stored on your computer.

Music can be in any audio format that SpeakOn supports; most likely with file extensions '.mp3', '.wma' and '.ogg'. Playlist formats with the file extensions '.m3u', '.pls' and 'wpl' are supported.

Infromation on other audio file formats supported is given

The first step you need to make is to include your music folders (the folders that contain audio music files on your computer) in the Library so that these are visible to SpeakOn; this is explained in the next page.

Finding and playing your music audio files is explained later in this section of the Tutorial.
